He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip W. Gorman and Dorothy Gorman (Brown); and his siblings, James Gorman and Beverly Gorman. He is survived by: his spouse Marion; his children, Marilyn Fil (Thomas) of Monson, MA, Paul Gorman (Maureen) of Longmeadow, MA and Kevin Gorman (Elizabeth) of East Longmeadow, MA; his siblings, Joseph Gorman (Jacqueline) of East Longmeadow, Dorothy Turgeon (Joseph) of Chicopee, William Gorman (Linda) of East Longmeadow, Donna Bennett of West Springfield, Richard Gorman (Sharon) of Ft. Myers, FL and Thomas Gorman (Margaret) of Carolina Shores, NC; and his granddaughter Marion. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilbraham Funeral Home (2551 Boston Rd, Wilbraham, MA 01095). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Cecilia Church (42 Main St, Wilbraham, MA 01095). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the St. Michael's Cemetery (1601 State St, Springfield, MA 01119).
