She is survived by: her parent Maurice Sullivan; her children, Michael Belniak (Eileen) of Sutton, Dan Belniak of Hampden, Karen White (Joseph) of Southwick and Kate Belniak of Clearwater; her grandchildren, Patrick Belniak (Karen), Kelly Belniak, Christopher White and McKinley White; and her children, Hope Church, Page Blvd Springfield and Tinkham Rd.
