With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James A. O'Connor Jr. of Hampden, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 5, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. O'Connor and Emily O'Connor (Biglin); his sons, Keith and Kevin O'Connor; and his brother William O'Connor.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey O'Connor (LaBelle) of Hampden; his children, Kathleen Couceiro (Julio) of East Longmeadow, James O'Connor III (Mary) of Granby and Jill O'Connor Shugrue (Brendhan) of East Longmeadow; his sister Karen O'Connor (William O'Neil) of East Longmeadow; his niece Emily Byrne (John); his children, Veronica and John of East Longmeadow; and his grandchildren, Matthew Couceiro (Rebecca), Kendra Couceiro, Vivian O'Connor and Ryan Shugrue. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
