He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick and Irene Forsyth Sr. (Leahy). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Forsyth (Shonak); his children, James Forsyth and Karen DeVries (Paul) of Monson; his sisters, Maureen Moore (Edward) of Florida and Patricia McSwain (Darrell) of Chicopee; and his grandchildren, MacKenzie DeVries, Sydnie DeVries and William Forsyth. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
