He is survived by: his parent Emma Niccum (Sohm); his spouse Phebe Niccum (Mac Quarrie) of Hampden; his children, Jonathan Niccum (Kammy) of Hampden, MA., Amy Sciacca (David) of Woodstock, GA and Abby Sullivan of Hampden; his siblings, Robert Niccum (Shirley) and Helen Hunter (Jim) of Roseville, CA.; his grandchildren, Charles Signaigo (Theresa), Patrick Sullivan, Oscar Niccum, Preston Niccum and Matthew Sullivan; and his great grandchild Phebe Sue Signaigo.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Springfield Rescue Mission.
