He is survived by: his parent Anna Foley (White); his spouse Barbara Ella Martin; his sister Jean Kelly of Danvers; and his children, Kevin Foley (Janet) of McMinnville, Anne White (Richard) of Northampton, Michael Foley (Karen Polinsky) of Portland, Paul Foley (Brenda) and Brian Foley.
