He was predeceased by: his father Edward Leikauskas; and his brother-in-law Russ Minkwitz. He is survived by: his mother Ann Marie Kennedy Leikauskas; his wife Judy Minkwitz; his daughter Jillian (Max Krieger); his brother Rick (Darryln); his siblings-in-law, Steve Minkwitz, Rick Minkwitz (Debbie), Debbie Burke and Barbara Minkwitz; and his aunt Kay Watts (late Wyo). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins, and dearest friends.
