With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John H. Burton II of Hamilton, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 13, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Anne Carson. He is survived by: his wife Lucy G. (Williams); and his daughters, Lucy Bille, Sarah Burton and Robin Anderson. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great -grandchild and many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in John's name to the Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary, 87 Perkins Road, Topsfield, MA; the Median Iris Society or the Dwarf Iris Society.
