She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Auberg and Marion Auberg (Baldridge); her husband Richard R. Christensen; her son Douglas Christensen; and her sister Annette Auberg.

She is survived by: her children, David Christensen (Kelly) of Melrose, Peter Christensen (Lindsay Barber) of Wisconsin, James Christensen of Thailand and Deborah Christensen (Anthony Hale) of Georgia; her siblings, Robert Auberg (Gail) of Virginia, John Scott Auberg (Teri) of Illinois and Sandra Strein (Bill) of New York; and her grandchildren, William, Peter Shay of Georgia, Samantha, Margaret Christensen of Wisconsin, Tatum, Evangeline and Charlotte Christensen of Melrose.

Contributions may be made in Dee's memory to the Sawtelle Family Hospice House or the Alzheimer's Association.
