Dolliver of Hamilton; his sister-in-law Kathy Kelly of Everett; his stepchildren, Chance Linder (Liz), Amanda Franks (Charles) of Arkansas, Cari Miller of Arkansas and Sarah Ray (Donald) of Texas; and his child St Jude Place of Memphis, TN.
