He was predeceased by: his parent Robert P. Howie. He is survived by: his spouse Patrice Howie (Barry); his children, Craig and Kelly; his parent Geraldine Howie of Halifax; and his siblings, Robert Howie of Pembroke, Kevin Howie of Plymouth and Kimberly Bessette of Halifax.
