He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Cole and Julia Cole (Coughlin); his wife Joanne Cole (Macdougall) of Middleboro; his daughters, Laura McBride (Michael) of Plymouth and Janet Coleman (Jack) of Plymouth; his sisters, Rhonda Dalton of Rotonda, Fla, Mary Lou Killelea of Marshfield and Diane O'Leary of Roslindale; and his grandchildren, Julia of Plymouth, Hannah McBride of Plymouth, Billy of Plymouth and Emma Coleman of Plymouth. He was also cherished by many loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sullivan Funeral Home- Hanson (2 Maquan St, Hanson, MA 02341). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Congregational Church (639 High St, Hanson, MA 02359).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Whitman Hanson Regional High School's Robert Cole History Scholarship, which was established upon his retirement by his former students.
