He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna McCormack (Coombs) and Malcolm McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Judith McCormack (Lovell); his daughters, Michelle A. Zedik (David) of Ft Worth Texas, Melinda McCormack of Middleboro, Jennifer L. Taylor (Dennis) of East Bridgewater and Janeen McCormack of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Jacob Zedik (Bailey), Devin Zedik, Casey Zedik, Cameron Zedik, Gretchen Zedik and Erin Taylor; and his nieces and nephews, Leanna Driscoll, Colette Long, Lawrence Driscoll and Greg Driscoll.
