He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lawless and Mary Lawless (Gately); and his sister-in-law Barbara Mahoney. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lawless (Mahoney); his children, Donna Lothrop (Bret), Michael F. Lawless Jr. (Susan) and Daniel J. Lawless (Hilary); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kyle, Jake, Collin Lawless of Halifax, Emma, Maggie Lothrop of Halifax, Dylan, Mia and Jackson Lawless of Braintree; his sisters, Marie P. (Paul Mahoney) and Kay (Roger Jenkins); and his siblings-in-law, Joseph, Donald and Karen Mahoney. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
