In loving memory of James J. Bent of Halifax, Massachusetts, born in Brockton, Massachusetts, who departed this world on August 18, 2024 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Claire Chounard and Eva Landry; and his parents, James Bent and Eva Bent (Lediux). He is survived by: his wife Doreen M. Bent (Souza); his daughters, Darlene Svirsky of Marshfield and Joyce Proctor (Sean) of Plymouth; and his grandchildren, Zachary and Emily Proctor.
