He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Italian and Angelo; his spouse Christina M. DiBattista (McAlpine) of Halifax; his children, Stephen P. DiBattista, Christine M. Snow (Timothy) of Plympton, Caitlin, Lyndsay, Andrew, Landen and Aryia; and his siblings, Domenic DiBattista and Nicholas DiBattista. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Burial will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery and donations may be made to , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphi, s TN 38105.
