She was predeceased by: her former husband Benjamin W. Atwood; her husband Charles E. Hancock; and her parents, Lloyd A. Emery and Katherine Emery (Mitchell). She is survived by: her sisters, Virginia P. Warren and Barbara J. Ambrose; her children, Tracy Sayce (Atwood), Dean Atwood (Leslie) of Rockland, ME, Ginger Wood (Robert Surrette) of Marshfield, MA and Jan MacRoberts (Christopher Ozolins) of Halifax, MA.; her grandchildren, Benjamin Atwood, Benjamin Wood, Nicholas Wood, Gabrielle MacRoberts, Genevieve MacRoberts, Andrew Sayce and Gregory Sayce; and her great grandchildren, Emma Wood, Nathan Wood, Abigail Sayce and Benjamin Sayce.
