He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kim Herlihy (Kevin) of Greenfield, MA and Amy Gibson (Jeremy) of Bedford, NH; his grandchildren, Margaret "Maggie", Ryan Herlihy, Lauren and Nicholas "Nick" Gibson; his wife Janice Peterson "Jan"; his sister Ellen Rawlings (Peter) of Billerica, MA; his sister-in-law Cathy Day; his nieces and nephews, Christine Bowie (Paul), Pam Eberhardt-Ladd (Seth), Kim, Liz Day, Julie Peterson, Jeremy and Michael Peterson (Jenn); his great-nieces, Bridget, Fiona and Zoey; and his siblings-in-law, Bob, John Peterson (Maryanne) and Enid Peterson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Fisher Home, 1165 North Pleasant Street, Amherst, MA 01002, the Alzheimer's Association, the Lewy Body Dementia Association, or a charity of your choice, in Phil's name.
