It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fannie C. Ely (Hadley, Massachusetts), born in New Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 10, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Walter; her daughter Sylvia Barrett; and her siblings, Sarah, Hazel, Leon, John, Mae, June, Sadie, Laura, Daniel and Morgan.
She is survived by: her parents, Clara Horr (Belle) and John Horr; her grandchildren, Amy Meserve (Jason), David Barrett (Kelly), Sam, Riley and Harper; and her siblings, James (Rita) of Belchertown and Blanche Owens.
