He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Krzystofik and Katherine Krzystofik (Litwin); his wife Margaret Krzystofik; his son Michael Krzystofik; and his siblings, John, Mary, Stella and Frances.
He is survived by: his son James Krzystofik; his daughter-in-law Kathleen Krzystofik; his grandchildren, John Krzystofik (Sarah), Anne Ivanoski (Chris) and Joseph Krzystofik (Preeti); and his sister-in-law Kay Coburn. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
