He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McCormack and Catherine McCormack (Boudette). He is survived by: his wife Helen (Merrithew); his brother Ricky; his children, Gary Dean (Katie) of Merrimac, Casey McCormack of Groveland and Heather Tatar (Dan) of Boston; his grandchildren, Joshua, Olivia and Jackson; and his siblings, Richard (Robin) of Hudson, NH, Betty Smith (Tom) of Rowley, Steven (Becky) of Derry, NH, Patty (late Barbara Rush) of Saugus, David (Lynn) of Wakefield and Katey of Saugus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
