It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maryann Butler of Groveland, Massachusetts, born in Peabody, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 25, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Gilbert and Norman Gilbert; and her siblings, Clair Atkinson and Charles Cook. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her son Richard, Jr. (Ashley); her siblings, Joanne Cook (Dennis) of Florida, Nancy Granville of Texas, Robert Gilbert (Rebecca) of Florida, William Gilbert of Nashua, NH and Bonnie Regan (late Norman) of Peabody; her godchild Kimberly Maynard of Texas; her siblings, Richard Gilbert (Marie) of Brentwood, NH, Daniel Gilbert of Peabody and Norma Gilbert (William) of Peabody; and her siblings-in-law, Deborah MacKenzie (late John) of Saco and Laurie Butler (Greg) of Seabrook, NH. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
