She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Wagner and Doris Wagner; her sons, Stephan and David; her brother Howard Wagner; and her former husband Douglas V. Crook.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Crook and Deborah Crook; her son-in-law Turk Montepare; her grandchildren, Douglas, Alana Crook, Jonathan, Jacqueline Crook, Spencer, Laurie Crook, Monte Montepare, Jillian Szafranski, Jeffrey Montepare and Elija Valdez; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Sophia, Stella, Jaxson, Adaline, Saoirse, Noah and Rocky.
