She was predeceased by: her parent Thomas Fields; and her brother Jack Fields. She is survived by: her parent June Fields (Bradley); her husband Vincent J. Macchia Jr. of Groveland; her son Vincent J. Macchia III (Wendy) of Millis, MA.; and her siblings, Diane (James Blake) of Easton, MA. and Bradley Fields (Patti) of Georgetown, MA.. She is also survived by two grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
