With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Gianacakes (Groton, Massachusetts), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 19, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Julia Drivas. He is survived by: his daughter Yiota Simoglou (Andrew); his grandchildren, Christopher (Claire) and Stephen (Leah); and his father John Sarantos Way of Lowell, MA. He is also survived by great grandson, and many nieces and nephews.
