He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick O'Sullivan and Alice O'Sullivan (Ouellette). He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey (Janet) of Southbury, CT, Gregory of Barre, MA, Neil (Jennifer) of Walpole, MA and Matthew of Egremont, MA.; his grandchildren, Colleen, Connor O, Sullivan, Brittany Mallette, Sarah, Patrick, Sean O, Steven and Abigail O'Sullivan; and his great grandchild Elliana Handy.
