He was predeceased by: his father Dale Cole. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Caiola; his sons, Anthony, Justin and Michael; his brother Steven Cole (Michelle); his nephew Zachary; his niece Rachel of New Hartford, NY.; his mother Jeanne West (Howard) of Clinton, NY; his brother Jeff Cole; and his parents-in-law, Angie, Charles Caiola, James, Ella, Julia Caiola, Ron, Ceil, Nicole, Jake Bolar and Frank Caiola. He is also survived by numerous aunts and cousins.
Mike's greatest work achievement was leading ZOLL Operations through the 2020 pandemic and supply chain challenges to deliver the necessary global ventilator needs.
