He is survived by: his spouse Jacqueline Woodward (Adams); his children, Benjamin Jr. (Donna Woodward) of Leominster, Delmar Woodward of Groton, Clayton (Katherine Woodward) of Winchendon, Andrew (Patty Woodward) of Ayer and Eric Woodward of Shirley; his grandchildren, Sarah, Liliann, Kayla, Kyle and Sean; and also, Troy of Ayer and Bobbi-Jo McNiff of Ayer.
