He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Zaikowski and Stella Rewa (Czernich); and his sister Cathy Deskavich (Rewa). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Potter; and his siblings-in-law, Rusty Potter (Ronda), Thomas Deskavich (Leslie) and Theresa Turner-Inghmn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
