He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Courtemanche Sr. (Dyer). He is survived by: his father Philip Sr. of San Diego, CA; his sisters, Katie Lapachinski and Jodi Emond (Albert) of Greenfield; his nephews, Eric Thayer of Turners Falls and Joshua Lapachinski of Turners Falls; and also Jimmy Guy of Turners Falls. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends.
