He is survived by: his parents, Ward Johnson of Brattleboro, VT and Kimberly Johnson (Lewis) of Greenfield; his brother Eli Johnson (Lauren); his nieces and nephews, Alexis and Colby of Brookline, NH; his sister Emma Brear (Mark Jr.) of Northfield; his grandparents, Bruce Lewis (Marjorie) of Hudson, NH and Barbara Ryan of Amherst; and his aunts and uncles, Bob Mattson (Beth) of Greenfield, Bruce Lewis, Daniel, Michael, Andrew Johnson, Bethany and Melody Johnson.
