He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Booker and Margaret Booker (Wheeler); and his sister Gail Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Booker (Streeter); his daughter Amy Gauger (Todd) of Easthampton; his grandchildren, Brooke Gauger and Benjamin Gauger; his sister Carol Booker of Hadley; his brother-in-law Howard Streeter (Edie) of Shelburne Falls; his nieces, Helen Fain (David) of Shelburne Falls and Heidi Streeter of Greenfield; and his nephew Howard Streeter, Jr. (Tammy) of Ashfield. He is also survived by niece and nephew, three great grandnieces and several cousins.
