He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo Lively and Medora Lively (Fugere); his wife Irene G. Sheridan; his sons, Philip (Joyce) of Collingswood, NJ, John (Brenda) of Greenfield, MA, Gary (Rebecca) of Leyden, MA and Alan Lively (Deb) of Salisbury, MA; his former wife Diane of Greenfield, MA; his grandchildren, Katherine, Peter, Daniel, Timothy, Rachel, Julia, Paul, Teresa, Caroline, Rian, Taylor, Mary Irene, Amanda, Michael, Stephen and Matthew; and his daughter Diane Lively Letheren. He was also cherished by 25 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701, in honor of his daughter.
