She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Gale and Edice Gale (Eastman); her daughter Kathleen; and her siblings, Katherine (Kitty), Ruth, Shirley, Kenneth, Johnnie and Roger.
She is survived by: her friends, Caroline Forbes, Beverly Pollard, Steffie Stachelek, Betty Damon and Polly Shores; her husband Frederick Skalski of South Deerfield; her friend Diane Kurinsky; her children, Gina Rogers (Chet) of Shelburne Falls, Kristin Gewanter (Brett) of Deerfield, Jody Skalski (Angie Amidon) of Deerfield and Mike Skalski (Joelle Faure) of Ashfield; her grandchildren, Lucas Williams (Nicole Lavin) of Deerfield, Adam Williams (Erin Maclachlan) of Deerfield, Jesslyn DeLuca (Chad) of Charlton, NY, Sean Skalski (Sara) of Pensacola Fl, Troy Skalski of Fairfax, Jacob Skalski of Greenfield, Justin Skalski of Virginia Beach, Barbara Skalski of Bernardston, Kade and Seth Gewanter of Deerfield; and her great grandchildren, Ulla, Fischer, Charlotte, Sage Williams, Aven, Calla and Ellie DeLuca.
