David A. Perry Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Perry of Greenfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 11, 2023 at the age of 78. David is survived by his wife, Paula, as well as by his three children, Julie, Jill, and David, and by his two grandchildren, Jenna and Abby. David had a passion for dentistry and was loved dearly by his coworkers, always having said great things about him. He was very funny, and enjoyed spending time with his family, reading, watching football, riding rollercoasters, seeing the fireworks on the 4th of July, going to Disney World, and the yearly tradition of dinner at the family's frequented restaurant, Margaritas. David was in the air force, and up until he was 73 could still do 30 pushups in a row, impressing everyone who got to witness it. Anyone who ever met or spoke to David knew that he was a force to be reckoned with. A great sense of humor, style (especially his L.L. Bean jackets), loving character, and a contagious smile and laugh, he was a blessing and a light in every room he entered. Let us remember David as a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend, and person. Thank you to all of those showing support during this hard time.
A special note for my Grampa- I love you. I miss you a lot and ever since you were first diagnosed with Alzheimer's I made sure to never forget the hilarious, loving person you always were and still were inside leading up to your passing. Every time I make paper cranes, I think of you and how one of our last conversations was you being impressed by me learning to fold one. I'm happy you can rest now, and I know you're looking after me, and our entire family.
Love, your biggest fan and granddaughter, Jenna <3
