He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Amyot and Gilberte Amyot (Boivin); and his brother Gilbert. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul (Nicole) of Kensington, Robert (Louise) of Greenfield, Judith Russaouën of Dorval, P. Q. and Madeleine Sanchez-Santiago (Emilio) of Mexico City. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and one nephew.
