He was predeceased by: his father Mickey Amilcar Guzman. He is survived by: his mother Carmelina Diaz; his children, Jakai Guzman of Greenfield, Nikita Guzman of South Carolina and Ava Guzman of Greenfield; and his siblings, Oswado Cruz and Yvonne Hudson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
