Forte (Great Barrington, Massachusetts), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 13, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrison Alston and Elizabeth Alston; her spouse Pastor Joseph S. Forte, Sr.; her grandparents, Herbert, Mary Alston, Rome and Watson of Missouri; her siblings, Eunice Marie Boyce, Harry Stanley Alston and Raymond Leigh Alston; her daughters, Cynthia Alston Harris and Roberta Forte; and her grandchildren, Tayvon Harris and Shavez Forte.
She is survived by: her children, A. Vanessa, Jacqueline, Joseph Jr., Joallen and Prudence; her sister-in-law Bernadette Young (Eddie); her sisters, Marian Grinnage and Sheila Harrington; her child A. Vanessa; her goddaughters, Lois Evans and Sandra Forbes (Roland Forbes); and her grandchildren, Antoine (Heather), Darnell (Marcella), Tasha, Torrien, Dametrias, Paul, Jr., Jenna, Dionte, Jahmar, Dominic, LaShawne, Shaquita, Michael, Devon, Elijah (Pauline) and Jaziyah. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and former co-workers.
