Regina Huemmer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Regina Huemmer of Great Barrington, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 2, 2024 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Regina Huemmer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Sweeney and Harriet Sweeney; her husband John J. Huemmer; and her sister Veronica McConnell. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Jaros (Mitchel) and John Huemmer (Sandra); her grandchildren, Dawn Castillo (Christopher), Keith Jaros (Brandy), Michael Huemmer (Chasity), Jennifer Chirila (Cristian), Amanda Drane (Wayne Jones) and Laura Huemmer; her great grandchildren, Ashley Castillo, Jason Jaros, Kaleigh Jaros, Gabriel Huemmer, Brandon Castillo, Malakai Huemmer and Maevyn Huemmer; her great great grandchild Adriana DeSantis; her close friend Frank Mercurio; and also Lucille Tims. She is also survived by her nephew when her sister passed, raising her own two children, tending to her elderly parents and great aunts, caring for her husband.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Finnerty & Stevens Funeral Home (426 Main St, Great Barrington, MA 01230). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (213 Main St, Great Barrington, MA 01230).
