He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Fennell and Mildred Fennell (Thibeault); and his siblings, Joan Stillman, Mary Iandoli, Carol Stec, William Fennell II, Alice Naylor and Stephen Fennell. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
