He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his siblings, Bud Candee (Evelyn), Howard Candee (Ann), Mari Gasperini (David), Sherry Roberts, Thomas Candee and Suzanne Arre; and his children, James, Jr., Stacey, Jason, Joshua, Jonathan Candee, Hinman and Michael Phillips. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
