He is survived by: his parents, Henry Kollmer (Harry) and Agnes Kollmer; his sisters, Carol O'Brien (John) and Mary Horton (John); his children, Stephanie Fallavollita (John) and Matthew Kollmer (Dawn); his grandchildren, Caleb Kollmer, Maya Kollmer, Mia Fallavollita, Nora Fallavollita and Aaron Kollmer; his brother-in-law John O'Brien; his friends, Sandy Killen, George Milukas and David Pottle; and his wife Jean. He is also survived by his parents and sister.
