She was predeceased by: her parent Frederic S.; and her sister Bette J. Rose. She is survived by: her parent Nancy Wackerbarth (Woodger); her spouse Gary W. Petersen; her siblings, Susan M. Snelgrove of Granville, James F. Wackerbarth (Karen Robtoy) of Granville and Stephen Wackerbarth (Valerie) of Florida; and her brother-in-law Daniel Rose of New York. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
