He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E Chapman and Eleanor M. Chapman (Barr); and his brother John E. Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Claire C. Chapman (Forest) of Granville; his daughter Theresa Koloski (Henry); and his grandchildren, Alan, Kyle and Eric Koloski.
