Roger A. Ponton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger A. Ponton of Granby, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Armand Ponton and Doucia Ponton (Chartier); his wife Suzanne L. Ponton (Levreault); his son Steven Ponton; and his sisters, Claire Brunelle and Jeannette McOuat.

He is survived by: his son David Ponton of Lake City, FL; his sister Lucille Giroux (Raymond) of South Hadley; his stepdaughter Christine Ichton (Stephen) of Chicopee; his stepgrandchildren, Beau, Abby, Ian and Kimberly; and also Tammy Bibeau. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Granby American Legion.
