With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew J Kennedy (Granby, Massachusetts), born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 19, 2019 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kennedy and Theresa Hawkins (Dorn); his stepparents, Nancy Kennedy and Ron Hawkins; and his mother-in-law Claudette Fontaine.

He is survived by: his wife Renee Fontaine-Kennedy; his sons, Collin and Gavin Kennedy; his stepson Andrew Fontaine; his sister Melissa Bezio; his nephews, Jacob, Ryan of Gill, MA, Mitchell Kennedy and Jason (Rose Kennedy); his sons, Max and Wyatt of Granby; his sister-in-law Tina Fontaine; his children, Hudson and Piper; and his father-in-law Roger Fontaine. He is also survived by his wife and sons as well nephews and niece.
