He is survived by: his sister Janice Butler (Steven) of North Waterboro, Maine; his niece Kristine Fish of Sanford; his nephew Brian Butler (Monica); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isla and Mason of Gorham, Maine.; and his close friends, Brian Dickey and Tim Ciara.
