He is survived by: his spouse Marion (Denesha); his children, Chuck Betterton, Rebecca Betterton, Richard Betterton, Steven Betterton and Lynne Betterton; and his grandchildren, Richard Jr., Emily, Daniel, Steven Jr. and Alyssa.
