He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Cooke and Marion Cooke (Dyer); his brothers, Tom and Warren; and his son Jeffrey.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Cooke (L'Abbee); his sister Blanche Cooke; his children, Donna (Sidney "Daniel" Pierson), Debra (Reed Ernst) and Matthew; his grandchildren, Danielle, Nicole, McKenzie, Jeffery Jr. and Zachary; and his great grandchildren, Jack and River. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family member and friends.
