Cynthia Strain Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Strain of Granby, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 8, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Neumann and Mary Margaret Neumann (Sullivan); her husband Daniel F. Strain; and her brother Charles Neumann (Donald). She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Gumlaw (Michael) of Westfield, Paula Cole (John) of Quincy and Mary Roy (Gerard) of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Megan Cole Brahim (Nasser), Katie Cole (Graham), Matthew Roy, Michael Roy (DeAndra) and Nicholas Roy; her great grandchildren, Leila Brahim and Oliver Roy; and her sister Margaret Morton (Peggy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cooley Dickinson VNA and Hospice.
